We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange purchases and deliveries through our admin team, provide app functionality, and improve the service.

We do not process payments in the app. The app only displays product listings (iPhones, Samsung, Infinix, Tecno). All payment arrangements are done directly between the buyer and our admin (typically via WhatsApp). We do not collect or store payment or banking information.
4. Sharing & disclosures
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information:
- When you request it (for delivery or support).
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Third-party services
The app may link to or open third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp). Those services have their own privacy policies — we are not responsible for them.

We take reasonable steps to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Mpolaa Mobile provides a product-listing mobile application that displays smartphones for sale (including iPhones, Samsung, Infinix, and Tecno). The app's purpose is to list products and allow users to contact our admin for purchase arrangements.
2. No in-app payments
The app does not accept or process payments. All payment, refund, or financing agreements are made directly between the user and the admin or a third party outside the app. We are not responsible for payment disputes or fraud that occurs outside the app.
3. User obligations
- Provide accurate contact information when requested.
- Communicate honestly and respectfully with admin and third parties.
- Confirm payment and delivery terms directly with the admin before completing any transaction.
4. Pricing & availability
Products, prices, and availability may change without notice. We attempt to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee real-time stock or price accuracy.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mpolaa Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or transactions completed outside the app (including payment or delivery disputes).
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the company operates. Any disputes should first be raised with our admin; unresolved disputes may be escalated to the appropriate legal venue.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
